Founded by building expert Randy Jordan, Lyfe Marine offers residential and commercial services to families, businesses and community HOA’s for all their lakefront property needs.

Lyfe Marine opened its doors with flagship locations in Cornelius and Mooresville, North Carolina. Our newly opened retail location in Denver also serves as our home office and is open to the public. Between owner Randy Jordan and his team of expert marine professionals, Lyfe Marine brings the quality and expertise you should expect of your dock builder or dock repair service team.

Randy's Story

In July of 2009, Randy walked out of his lake front home to discover his boat dock had been completely destroyed by a severe storm over night. Like any dock owner, Randy began searching for a qualified dock repair company in Lake Norman who could handle his project and provide clear answers and transparent pricing for their services. Having had a career in the construction industry, Randy had certain expectations for the level of service he received from those he was entrusting to build a dock that would last and be safe for him and his family.

Needless to say, Randy was not satisfied with the options he found for Lake Norman dock builders. Being the dedicated customer service professional that he is, Randy set out with a dream of changing expectations of what a contractor could, and should, provide to their clients.
