Premium
Bi-Annual Dock Inspection
Inspection points include- pilings, railing, substructure-wale board connections around the frame, warping and or twisting imbalances, decking, roof, ramps, ramp strips and connections, floating structure, floatation, rub rail, and pile guides.
Boat Lift Inspection Service
Service to include- Grease fittings and cables, Inspect- crimps, pulleys, pins and alignments, inspect bunk brackets, bolts, treads, and carpet (if applicable), check guideposts alignment and j-hooks.
Dock Security
We’ll secure any loose nails and tighten your cable railing to keep everything safe and sturdy. Just a little extra care to make sure your dock feels solid every time you step onto it.

We’ll share a clear report with easy visuals, so you always feel informed and taken care of when it comes to your dock.
Priority Club Plus
Looking after our Lake Norman customers as if they were our neighbors is something we love. When you join our Premium plan, you’re welcomed into our Priority Club Plus, giving you preferred scheduling, a 5% break on labor costs, and two emergency calls each year. It’s just our way of making sure you always feel supported and cared for.
